All products sold at Neelothi are imitation jewellery and are not made of real gold, silver, or precious metals.

Slight variations in colour, design, finish, or dimensions may occur due to photography lighting, individual screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of certain pieces. All measurements provided are approximate.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and payment is completed, the price at checkout is final for that order.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Order confirmation and key updates may be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.

4. Product Care

To help your jewellery last beautifully:

• Keep it away from water, perfume, and chemicals
• Store it in a dry, airtight container when not in use
• Tarnishing due to regular usage or improper storage is a natural occurrence and is not considered a defect

5. Liability

Neelothi is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier partners during transit. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, content, designs, logos, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Neelothi. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.
