Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Refunds and returns are accepted only in the limited cases described below.

Eligible Cases

  • Damaged product: The item received is broken, defective, or unusable
  • Wrong product delivered: The item received is materially different from what was ordered
  • Missing item: Part of the order is missing from the package

Unboxing Video — Mandatory

An unboxing video is mandatory for every refund or return claim and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without this will not be processed.

Return Conditions

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor colour or design variation due to photography or screen display
  • Damage after use
  • Delivery failure caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer
