Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review the cancellation terms below before placing an order.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. For deliveries outside Bangalore, cancellation must be requested before dispatch.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Timeline

For approved cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders placed during sale or promotional events
• Custom or personalised orders
